Harvest month – report on the tastiest milk day September, 21 2013

On September, 21 at the EcoBazaar there was “The tastiest milk day” in the framework of the “Harvest month”. This holiday day all the milk lovers got a lot of surprises from EcoBazaar and that is why everyone was in a great mood. One of the best presents was food function of the products from the milk rows.

Everything started at 12:00 with the culinary workshop on the cooking of dishes with the products which you can buy at the EcoBazaar. This day the whole lunch was cooked with fresh farm milk products and was called “Milk lunch”.

What was on the menu: pita with curd and greenery, Mille-feuille “simple as that”, crème-soup with mushrooms, milk kissel.

Customers could learn not only what can they cook with milk products, which you can find at the EcoBazaar in quantity, but also get valuable advises from the professional chef. Though it was rainy, there were a lot of those who came to take part and to learn the secrets of the milk lunch preparation. And at the end of each dish preparation chef and his assistant let all the customers try their fine cuisines. Most of all, all the workshop attendees liked of course crème-soup with mushrooms, and the youngest customers really enjoyed milk kissel. To cook the chef dishes all the customers got bright menus with detailed description of each recipe.

When this tasty and nourishing workshop was over, the emcee made an excursion along all the milk sellers’ trade places and told interesting stories and facts about farmers who sell milk.

But the main thing is that it was a discount day at the EcoBazaar, everyone could get 20 or 40% off the price at the trade places where they sell milk products. So, milk lovers were really happy, they could buy fresh home milk, sour crème, curd etc for themselves and their relatives at a lower price.

After the excursion the emcee presented to the most active customers prizes from sponsors – the shop “Odeyalo I podushka” and “Yuzhniy dvor”, which are situated on the 2nd floor. The main prize was a giant basket with milk products which you can buy at the EcoBazaar in quantity: fresh milk, home sour crème and curd, tasty butter and other milk products.

This “The tastiest milk day” was really funny, tasty and nourishing, every customer could buy milk products at a lower price and get a boost of positive emotions.
