First real estate exhibition in Obninsk organized by the “Kalugahouse” project is over
On April 24-26 Obninsk residents could finally got to know new buildings of the city and uptown gated communities at one facility. It was the first thematic exhibition “Obninsk new buildings, detached houses, construction – 2015” that took place on the 2nd floor of EcoBazaar.
Leading developers of the city and also of Maloyaroslavetskiy, Borovskiy and Zhukovskiy regions took part in this event: “Ostov” (leading partner), PIK group, “Corporation “Russkaya nedvizhimost”, “Novy gorod”, “Mosoblstroy”, “SberStroyInvest”, “United House”, “Komfortny gorod”, “Stroitel +”. Many of them presented large-scale models which gave a perspective not only on current projects but also on the future development of the whole city. Mounts of gated communities “Lesnaya derevnya”, “Ecodolie” and “Molodyuzhny” looked impressively.
The exhibition was opened by the authority representatives: regional ministry public housing administration chief deputy Ivan Telezhenko and city principal architect Oleg Strekozin. They noted the importance and great virtue of such event and wished all the participants productive operation. Exhibition organizing committee head Kirill Gusev told about Kaluga experience and “Kalugahouse” plans in the second biggest city of the region. Exhibitions are planned to be held in Obninsk like in Kaluga twice a year: in spring and in autumn.
More than 1000 people visited this exhibition during its 3-days course. Many of them took part in the giveaway that took place on Sunday in the center of “EcoBazaar”. And, of course, most of the participants were leaving the exhibition with bags full of tasty produce.
