May holidays at EcoBazaar in Mytishchi
May holidays at EcoBazaar were funny and useful. This year program was versatile and eventful.
Our customers and we started getting ready for May holidays beforehand. In April, 25 was held a “Victory Day card” workshop. Each kid put a piece of his heart into the card preparing a present for a Veteran with love and accuracy. At the tea-drinking for Veterans on April, 28 we presented these wonderful cards. Each Veteran chose a card to his liking and took it as a memory of a Victory Day 70th anniversary.
On May, 2 we gathered boys and girls for the “Ribbon picture” workshop. The task was not of the easiest and needed special accuracy but the result worth of all the efforts! Bright tulips blossomed on the pictures; such works could be exhibited!
On May, 9 when all the country widely celebrated Victory’s 70th anniversary, EcoBazaar was also involved and gladdened Mytishchi residents with a concert program. Wind-band on the Veterans Boulevard was playing popular melodies: “It’s time to take the road”, Tango “Burnt by the Sun”, “Victory Day” and many other, and a couple of dancers delighted the eye with magnificent waltzes.
Also, we carried on a traditional event of distributing St.George ribbons on May 1 – 9. This year you could get a ribbon near the “Mytishchi” rail-terminal, in the central city park and on the EcoBazaar territory. More than 10000 Victory symbols have been distributed.
