Every sausage loaf which we produce has its own barcode, the so-called unique product code UPC. Its purpose is practically the same as that of a vehicle identification number VIN.
With the help of the barcode we can track the route of any our product both out of the plant and inside the production.
On the plant server the story of each sausage loaf, each sausage pack produced on the factory is saved.
All the products are produced of the chilled meat. In the products we use natural milk and cheese, for example, in milk sausages.
Especially popular are raw-smoked sausages defined in the standard GOST: “Doctor” in the cellulose casing. Jerked-smoked saveloy “Superior quality”. Delicious barbecue, jelly “Homemade” and “For a holiday”, liver sausage “Egg”!
